Short Description
Description My therapeutic style is relational, warm, and down-to-earth. I work collaboratively, taking an active role in helping people resolve stuck patterns and limiting beliefs and reconnect with their natural resources and strengths. My specialties include anxiety, trauma (PTSD & CPTSD) and relationship challenges. My practice is trauma-informed, mindfulness-based and grounded in attachment theory. I draw from psychodynamic and neuroscience-informed somatic and experiential approaches and have specialized training in Hakomi, Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy (EFT) and IFS-oriented methods. I hold a master’s degree in Integral Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies where I studied East/West approaches to psychotherapy. I currently offer teletherapy to California residents. My practice is social justice aligned and trauma informed, and I welcome people of all ethnicities, cultural backgrounds, gender identities, and sexual orientations.
