Educational Goals

This presentation covers critical legal requirements and clinical considerations for providing treatment via minor’s consent under Family Code Section 6924 and Health and Safety Code Section 124260.

Upon completion of this workshop, attendees will be able to:

  • Understand key legal and clinical considerations for treating minors via minor’s consent.
  • Understand key issues to document when providing treatment via minor’s consent.

$10 for each 1.5 CE training, plus eventbrite fees. All fees are paid to SFCAMFT and are non-refundable.

If attending live, the Zoom link will be provided at registration confirmation. This event will be recorded and a viewing link will be sent out several days after the recording is edited. Only registered individuals will receive the viewing link and have the opportunity to complete the feedback form to receive CEs. The link will expire 3 weeks after the live training. The advantage of live attendance is your chance to interact with the CAMFT attorneys via chat.
